Responsibility :

  • Develop detailed 3D building models using BIM software to support project design and coordination.
  • Produce accurate 2D drawings and construction details in accordance with Singapore's building regulations.
  • Work closely with project stakeholders to integrate their design inputs into the BIM models.
  • Identify, analyse, and resolve clashes between various building systems through coordination reviews.
  • Update, manage, and maintain BIM models throughout all project stages.
  • Extract quantities and relevant data to support cost estimation and construction planning.
  • Ensure all BIM outputs comply with Singapore's building codes, regulations, and industry standards.
  • Conduct quality checks to verify accuracy and completeness of BIM deliverables.
  • Manage material submissions, ensuring accuracy, compliance with specifications, and timely documentation.

Requirement :

  • Min Higher Nitec / Diploma in Mechanical/ Eelectrical / Drafting or other related field
  • Proficiency in BIM software, AutoCAD, Autodesk Revit
