• Be responsible for the functional iteration, product experience optimization, and traffic operation of the official website platform.
• Lead and manage a cross-functional team of Product Managers, Engineers, and Operations staff while fostering a collaborative, high-performance culture.
• Define and communicate product vision and strategy, aligning them with company goals and market trends.
• Oversee the entire product development lifecycle, from ideation to launch, ensuring timely and successful delivery.
• Work closely with engineering, design, marketing, and sales teams to ensure seamless execution of product initiatives.
• Analyze user feedback and performance metrics to iterate on features and drive product optimization.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive product management experience, with a track record of leading successful product teams.
• Strong leadership abilities, capable of motivating and guiding teams to achieve exceptional results.
• Proven ability to think strategically, prioritize effectively, and align product strategies with business objectives.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration and conveying complex ideas clearly.
• In-depth understanding of industry-specific technologies, tools, and trends, coupled with a customer-centric approach.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in SaaS product growth, especially in driving traffic through content operations.
• Experience with AI-related products (e.g., LLMs or AIGC) is also a strong plus.
