Responsibilities:
  • Review of operation data and reports to submit mileage claims in a timely and accurate manner
  • Liaise with relevant parties within the company for information required for mileage claims
  • Any other ad-hoc duties assigned by Assistant Manager that are related to mileage claims
Requirements:
  • Minimum Higher NITEC / Diploma in any discipline
  • Good written and verbal communications skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (i.e. Words, Excel)
  • Proficient in Power BI Dashboard will be an advantage
  • Ability to analyse the operation data and co-relate with reports as a whole, in order to derive a conclusion based on existing guidelines
  • Ability to work well with others in a collaborative environment
  • Self-motivated and demonstrate the ability to follow through on commitments
  • Willingness to be open, to learn, and take on new responsibilities.
