Role: Solutions Architect – OT & CNI (Market Development, APAC)

Its products are built with the highest security standards and are actively deployed in highly regulated environments.

The business is now entering a pivotal phase where understanding and shaping market demand is as critical as technical innovation. This role is central to that mission.

The opportunity

Join a high growth-phase cyber-hardware business that sits right at the crossroads of operational-technology security and critical-infrastructure resilience. The business has strong links to NATO, underpinning its growth in Defense markets, and has a growing list of national-level utility companies that are rolling out its hardware across their operating sites.

As one of the first technical hires in the region you'll shape the go-to-market playbook, gain line-of-sight across product, customers and regulators, and step quickly into team-lead responsibility as headcount expands. The role offers clear, merit-based promotion paths, a compensation package tied to growth milestones, and the chance to solve real-world challenges where escalating nation-state and ransomware threats are driving double-digit market demand.

Role Overview

You will serve as the bridge between the product engineering team and the APAC market, particularly within Singapore's OT/CNI sectors. This is a hybrid technical-commercial role, ideal for someone with deep technical credibility and strong interpersonal skills, capable of engaging engineering teams, policymakers, and regulators.

You'll help identify market opportunities, shape the messaging and applicability of solutions, and feed insights directly back to their product and engineering teams. This role is foundational to establishing and growing their APAC presence.

Key Responsibilities

• Engage directly with end users, engineering teams, and policymakers to understand their operational and regulatory needs.
• Work closely with CNI operators and regulators to explore how its products can be integrated into their architectures.
• Support the sales process by providing technical pre-sales support, demonstrations, and solution mapping.
• Help define early-stage opportunities, shape customer requirements, and act as a trusted technical advisor.
• Provide structured product feedback to the UK R&D team, including technical use cases, regulatory challenges, and feature requests.
• Attend local conferences, meetups, and industry events to advocate for its technology.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders on customer documentation, training, and pilot project delivery.

Ideal Candidate

• Background in cybersecurity, network infrastructure, or OT/ICS environments.
• Comfortable operating in a hybrid role across technical engagement, early-stage sales, and product advocacy.
• Excellent communication skills, both technical and interpersonal.
• Experience working with or within critical infrastructure sectors (utilities, transportation, defence, etc.) is a major plus.
• Familiarity with regional cybersecurity regulations (e.g. Singapore's CSA or OT cybersecurity codes) is highly desirable.
• Independent and self-driven; comfortable working remotely while collaborating with a UK-based HQ.

Compensation

Compensation will be set to reflect skills and experience, but at present is expected to equate to S$8,000 – S$10,000 per month (illustrative level for discussion purposes only).
