Clinic Centre Manager

Job Responsibilities:
Oversee day-to-day operations of the medical centre, radiology services and endoscopy clinic (front desk, appointment scheduling, inventory management, patient flow, dispensary and claims)
Maintaining quality standards, implementing protocols, and ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations
Manage and supervise all clinic staff, including scheduling, training, and performance reviews
Manage patient experience, optimise patient flow, complaints resolution, and service recover
Maintaining the clinic's physical environment, ensuring cleanliness, and coordinating with maintenance and repair services
Prior experience of working in an endoscopy/radiology centre
Familiar with MOH, CHAS, PCN and other healthcare programs and accreditations
Handle clinic finance (billing, revenue reports, petty cash, claims submissions)
Liaise with vendors, suppliers, and healthcare partners
Support marketing and business development initiatives
Any ad hoc duties assigned by Operations Manager
Requirements:
A diploma/bachelor's degree in healthcare administration or a related field is preferred
Minimum 5 years of experience in healthcare or similar setting
Strong leadership, team management, and interpersonal skills are required
