Roles & Responsibilities

Job Responsibilities:

· Oversee day-to-day operations of the medical centre, radiology services and endoscopy clinic (front desk, appointment scheduling, inventory management, patient flow, dispensary and claims)

· Maintaining quality standards, implementing protocols, and ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations

· Manage and supervise all clinic staff, including scheduling, training, and performance reviews

· Manage patient experience, optimise patient flow, complaints resolution, and service recover

· Maintaining the clinic's physical environment, ensuring cleanliness, and coordinating with maintenance and repair services

· Prior experience of working in an endoscopy/radiology centre

· Familiar with MOH, CHAS, PCN and other healthcare programs and accreditations

· Handle clinic finance (billing, revenue reports, petty cash, claims submissions)

· Liaise with vendors, suppliers, and healthcare partners

· Support marketing and business development initiatives

· Any ad hoc duties assigned by Operations Manager

Requirements:

· A diploma/bachelor's degree in healthcare administration or a related field is preferred

· Minimum 5 years of experience in healthcare or similar setting

· Strong leadership, team management, and interpersonal skills are required
