Our client is a world leader in HVAC (Heating, Ventilation & Air-Conditioning) equipment & systems, services & solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and size HVAC retrofit solutions based on customer specifications and site surveys.
  • Prepare technical proposals, tender submissions, and cost estimates while ensuring compliance with project requirements.
  • Collaborate with Sales Consultants and managers to identify opportunities and follow up on retrofit service jobs.
  • Manage project plans, budgets, and schedules to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery.
  • Source, negotiate, and coordinate with suppliers and subcontractors to optimize project outcomes.
  • Maintain strong client and vendor relationships, addressing concerns and ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Stay updated with emerging HVAC technologies and recommend innovative solutions for project improvements.
  • Ensure all projects adhere to company policies, safety standards, and operational efficiency.
Requirements
  • Diploma in Engineering or Building-related discipline.
  • Proven experience in the HVAC/ACMV industry – strong technical knowledge is essential.
  • Solid understanding of various HVAC systems and their components.
  • Proficient in reading and interpreting mechanical drawings and construction documents.
  • Familiarity with commercial HVAC/Mechanical contracting practices.
  • Minimum 2–3 years of relevant working experience.
  • Ability to perform well under pressure and meet tight project deadlines.
  • Knowledge or hands-on experience in project management will be an added advantage.
