Role Title:

Kitchen Team Chef– Modern Japanese Dining

(Up to $3,200 | Central Singapore | 5 or 6 Days Work Week)

  • Prepare and cook signature Japanese dishes (donburi, sashimi, grilled items) with accuracy and finesse
  • Lead and motivate the kitchen team during service, keeping operations smooth and efficient
  • Coordinate closely with the Head Chef to align on quality, menu execution, and kitchen flow
  • Uphold strict hygiene, safety, and cleanliness standards across all work areas
  • Ensure every dish that leaves the pass meets our brand's visual and flavour standards
Who You Are

We're looking for someone dependable, self-driven, and eager to grow into a bigger leadership role.

You likely have:

  • 2+ years of experience in a professional kitchen (Japanese cuisine is a plus)
  • Strong knowledge of kitchen tools, prep work, and cooking techniques
  • The ability to stay calm under pressure and lead with respect
  • Flexibility to work weekends and public holidays
    Ambition to take your culinary career further
