Training Coordinator

- 6- month contract, subject to renewal/ conversion
- Mon - Fri, office hours
- Changi
- up to $4500 per month + $30 HP allowance
- Training provided
Responsibilites:
- Assist with course applications, enquiries, visa processing, travel arrangements, and preparation of course materials and instructor logistics.
- Manage daily course operations including classroom setup, technical support, and participant attendance.
- Support post-course activities such as processing evaluations, issuing certificates, maintaining participant records, and handling instructor claims.
- Act as main contact for participants and instructors, coordinating accommodation, local transport, and special requests.
- Oversee course scheduling, track and reconcile expenses, process payments, and coordinate with finance and administrative teams.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Education, Business Administration, or a related field
- Willingness to work on-site at training venues with travel involved
- Experience in event management or organizing educational programs is a plus
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
- Familiarity with LMS, event management, CRM, and communication tools is an added advantage
