  • Expected salary: $2,200 - $3,000 per month

Responsibilities
1. Cleaning & Maintenance
o Cleaning and sanitization of offices premises like meeting and training rooms.
o Dust and clean furniture, equipment (like coffee machines, copiers) and
fixtures.
o Clean floor surface by vacuuming, sweeping and mopping of the floors.
o Empty trash bins and dispose wastes.
2. Room Setup and De Setup
Set up training rooms which include arranging partitions, chairs, set up
audio-visual  equipment etc.
3. Miscellaneous
o Replenish office cleaning and beverage supplies when low in supply.
o Respond to maintenance and safety issues matter.
o Special cleaning projects and handles ad-hoc tasks as required.
Requirement
1.Min GCE "O" Level
2.Preferably someone with two (2) years' experience in routine maintenance,
sanitation, and cleaning of office, equipment, facilities upkeep.
3.Able to read, write, communicate in basic English language.
4.Must be physically strong and fit due to the physical nature of work to clean,
to carry, to move partition and to set up the necessary etc.
5.Available and willing to work on weekends to support the Company's events and
/ or launches when required.
Working Hours
5.5 - day work week
7:00am to 4:00pm (Mondays to Fridays)
7:00am to 11:00am (Saturdays)
