As a Patient Service Associate, Business Office, you will be responsible for the following duties:
- Provide financial counselling to patients and third party.
- Administer admission and discharge of patients.
- Bill handling tasks, including Mediclaim, other settlement and follow up.
- Handle face to face and phone call customers' enquiries regarding admission and bills.
- Coordinate administrative duties with various stakeholders to ensure smooth operation.
- Perform any other tasks as assigned
Requirements:
- Diploma in Healthcare or other related fields.
