Responsibilities:

  • Support research grant processes, including submissions, budget planning, claim tracking, and utilization reporting.
  • Assist in preparing and submitting research proposals, ethics applications, and collaborative agreements; track research progress and outcomes.
  • Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to identify investigators, support research activities, and coordinate logistics between clinics and study teams.
  • Help plan research spaces, manage data storage drives, and maintain CRU content on intranet/internet platforms.
  • Provide admin support for research committees, supervise temporary staff, and assist in organizing research events and implementing policies.

Requirements:

  • Min Bachelor's degree in any discipline, preferably life science related, arts or communications
  • Preferably with about 1-2 years of work experience in operations, administrative work and medical writing
  • Knowledgeable in Good Clinical Practice, clinical trials and regulatory affairs and medical and research Ethics preferred
  • Knowledge in medical and research terminology preferred
