About Gospel 360 (G360) :

Gospel 360 (G360) is a two year full-time ministry training scheme run by The Crossing Church, Singapore. We aim to identify, equip and assess potential gospel workers so as to develop the next generation of gospel workers to serve God in Singapore and the world. The scheme is called G360 because we want to equip trainees to view all of life and ministry through the lens of the gospel, and we hope to send trainees with the gospel all over the world.

Job Description :

G360 trainees typically spend two days a week receiving training and four days serving in their local ministry. One day of training involves Bible Handling where they will work through key books like Exodus, Galatians, Ephesians and Revelation, trying to discuss and debate in groups what is the point, purpose and tone of a passage and how it fits into the book as a whole. The second day of training involves teaching in Systematic Theology, Pastoral Ministry and Preaching. Over the two years trainees will learn how to teach/preach every genre of the Bible and be assessed through regular preaching groups. In addition, all trainees are personally supervised by a pastor/trainer. The four days serving in a local church allows trainees to put into practice what they have learnt and to have their gifts assessed in a real world ministry setting.

Qualifications :

G360 is for anyone (both men and women) who has the desire, godly character, and teaching gift necessary for Christian ministry (1 Tim 3:1-7). G360 is best done as a pre-theological college training although we have had several candidates join us post-college.
