Join our dynamic team at SYR Trading as an Ecommerce Intern and immerse yourself in the fast-paced world of online retail and digital marketing. This internship offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience and contribute to the growth of our ecommerce operations.

About Us: SYR Trading is a leading company in the fruit industry, particularly known for our top-quality durian products. As the No.1 TikTok Shop Durian seller, we pride ourselves on delivering exceptional products and providing outstanding customer experiences through innovative digital initiatives.

Intern Responsibilities:

  • Assist in managing our ecommerce platforms, including product listings, inventory updates, order processing, and day-to-day operations.

  • Help manage and optimize our presence across various online ecommerce platforms.

  • Monitor website performance metrics and assist in implementing improvements.

  • Support customer service efforts by responding to inquiries and resolving issues.

  • Assist in live-stream operations, ensuring smooth execution and engagement during live sessions.

  • Create engaging TikTok content aimed at expanding our reach and introducing more people to our products and brand.

Key Learning Opportunities:

  • Gain practical experience in ecommerce operations, platform management, and online merchandising.

  • Develop skills in digital marketing, including social media campaigns and email marketing.

  • Get hands-on experience with live-stream marketing and participate in top-tier livestream events.

  • Learn how to create and optimize TikTok content to increase brand visibility and grow our audience.

  • Gain insights into customer behavior and preferences in the online retail space.

Requirements:

  • Currently enrolled in Poly or Uni, with a relevant degree or diploma program (Business, Marketing, Ecommerce, or related fields). Fresh graduates are welcomed.

  • Willingness to assist in live-stream operations and engage with audiences during broadcasts.

  • A positive attitude, and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.

  • Able to work in a non-airconditioned environment

Additional Working Benefits: Company will provide free dinner and beverages during peak e-commerce seasons. Occasional Free Fruit and Durian tastings.

Internship period: July - Oct

Open to part-time internship, 3 days per week required.

Working Hours: 1-9pm, Monday-Friday
