Job Responsibilities

  • Set up manufacturing processes and ensure proper documentation.
  • Create job instruction sheets, NC programs, and tool/gauge plans using Siemens NX.
  • Lead initiatives to boost productivity, including selecting and designing tools or fixtures.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues from both internal and external customers.
  • Conduct feasibility studies to improve manufacturing capacity, layout, and expansion plans.
  • Continuously improve existing manufacturing systems and processes.
  • Support company-wide efforts to enhance productivity and quality.
  • Prepare justifications for capital expenditure (CAPEX) when needed.

Preferred Skills

  • Skilled in Unigraphics or other CAD/CAM software.
  • Hands-on experience with precision machining tools (CNC, lathe, milling).
  • Able to read and interpret engineering drawings, including GD&T.
  • Familiar with Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma principles.
