Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Manufacturing Manager to oversee production operations and drive process improvements within our manufacturing facility. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in engineering and automation, with hands-on experience in production environments such as fragrance, cosmetics, food, or chemical manufacturing. This role requires expertise in GMP standards, process flows, and automation systems, along with strong leadership and problem-solving skills to ensure efficiency, quality, and compliance.


Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage daily production operations to ensure safety, quality, efficiency, and on-time delivery.
  • Develop, implement, and optimize production processes in alignment with GMP, 5S, and lean manufacturing principles.
  • Oversee automation systems, troubleshoot technical issues, and support continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Supervise production staff, provide training, and foster a culture of accountability, teamwork, and excellence.
  • Monitor and analyze production performance metrics, implement corrective actions, and drive cost reduction initiatives.
  • Collaborate with R&D, Quality, Engineering, and Supply Chain teams to support new product introductions and process scale-ups.
  • Ensure proper documentation, compliance with industry regulations, and adherence to safety and environmental standards.
  • Manage fragrance compounding, blending, and filling processes (where applicable), ensuring consistency and quality.
  • Utilize ERP, MES, and other production-related software for planning, scheduling, and reporting.
  • Support facility and equipment maintenance to ensure reliable operations.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree in Chemical, Mechanical, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
  • 3–5 years of experience in production operations and automation engineering, preferably in fragrance, cosmetics, food, or chemical manufacturing.
  • Strong knowledge of GMP, 5S, and production process flows.
  • Hands-on experience with automation systems in a manufacturing environment.
  • Solid understanding of fragrance compounding, blending, and filling processes is a strong advantage.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and production-related software (ERP, MES).
  • CAD design skills and data analysis capabilities are considered a plus.
  • Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
