The Role

We are seeking a motivated and skilled Assistant Engineer to join our team at Techlead Technology Pte Ltd based in Tampines East, East Region. In this full-time position, you will play a crucial role in maintaining and optimising our technology infrastructure to ensure seamless operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on various technology systems and equipment
  • Assist in the installation, configuration, and testing of new hardware and software
  • Monitor system performance and identify potential issues, implementing solutions promptly
  • Collaborate with the engineering team to develop and implement process improvements
  • Maintain accurate and detailed documentation of all maintenance activities
  • Provide support and guidance to end-users on the proper use of technology systems

What We're Looking For

  • Degree or diploma in Engineering or a related technical field
  • 1-2 years of experience in a similar maintenance or support role, preferably in the technology industry
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues
  • Proficient in the use of tools and equipment for maintenance and repair tasks
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with team members and end-users
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
  • Flexible and adaptable to changing priorities and demands
