- Incentive Scheme: Quarterly and annual bonus payouts based on boutique performance.
- Work Hours: Retail hours, 5-day roster per week, 8-hour shifts per day.
Reception Duties:
- Answer boutique calls promptly and screen/forward calls to relevant personnel.
Manage the boutique's public email account:
Assign existing clients' emails to their Service Advisor (SA).
- Assign new clients' emails to an SA according to language requirements.
- Respond to appointment requests and call-back emails.
- Track daily email allocation per SA.
- Greet and screen customers in person, monitoring boutique access.
- Inform retail staff of customer arrivals or cancellations.
Customer Experience:
- Provide excellent customer service as the first point of contact.
- Connect customers with retail staff according to appointments.
- Greet guests, serve drinks and welcome materials, and ensure a warm, professional experience.
- Prioritize incoming visitor and phone traffic effectively.
- Ensure all new client arrivals are captured in the CRM.
- Maintain a presentable boutique front area at all times.
Administrative Support:
- Manage client appointments and update calendars for retail staff.
- Assist Boutique Manager in staff roster planning.
- Record and submit daily boutique traffic data to relevant managers.
- Monitor and replenish welcome material inventory (drinks, beverages, etc.).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Professional and friendly demeanor; able to provide a welcoming first impression.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work independently.
- Previous experience in customer service, front desk, or retail environment preferred.
