  • Report to the Project Manager. Assist the Project Manager in managing certain section(s) of the project, as assigned by the Project Manager and shown in the organization chart.
  • Co-ordinating with Main-contractor and sub-contractor on shop drawing, catalogue and technical submission.
  • Attending main-contractor's coordination and technical meetings
  • Attending discussion and understanding of architect and consultans's directions.
  • Liaise and obtaining of quotation and technical date and suppliers.
  • Monitoring of site installation progress and conduct inspection of variation works.
  • Liaison with main-contractor and site staff for inspection.
  • Updating of site progress report and submission of progress claim.
  • Excution of company policy on safety measures and control on site.
  • Meeting tight deadline and committed involvement of Authority inspection.
  • Identify, rectification and handling over of defects after completion.
  • Oversee project budgets and financial reporting, including forecasting and cost tracking.

Requirements:

  • Degree / Diploma / Professional Certificate in structure/civil engineering or building services engineering.
  • At least 2 years of working experience in metal roofing, structure or construction industry.
  • Knowledge of local government safety requirements, rules and regulations.
  • Possess own car.
  • Good leadership and communication skills.
