Job summary

You are expected to take on the role of projecting a sporting and fun filled image of the Club besides routine designing the layouts of the monthly magazine, posters, banners and other publicity collaterals.

Responsibilities:

  1. Conceptualize, design and produce artwork for Club's monthly newsletters, promotions and events.
  2. Ensure that all in-house collaterals, advertising and promotional materials prepared and produced for the club are of quality and cost efficient, in line with the Club's brand image and guidelines.
  3. In-house co-ordination on all printed collaterals and ensure quality standard of all final printed materials for the club.
  4. Assist in gathering comparative quotations. Source for materials and props for creative artwork production.
  5. Ad-hoc duties as assigned

Requirements:

  1. Certificate / Diploma in Visual Communication, majoring in Graphic Design or equivalent with 2 years of related experience
  2. Proficient in Adobe suite ; Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign etc.
  3. Familiar with website design and timely website update on information and promotions.
  4. Able to work on weekends and public holidays when necessary.
