Funeral Operations Assistant

Geylang Bahru, Singapore Reliant Funeral Services Full time $30,000 - $45,000 per year

Working Hours: 6 days (shift may be required)

The role's responsibility includes but not limited to:

  • Administrative tasks

  • Assist with application process for cremation / burial and other relevant processes and documents required to ensure the smooth running of pre to post funeral arrangements

  • Assist with stock taking

  • Liaise with suppliers where necessary.

  • Warehouse housekeeping

  • Assist with inventory housekeeping for a neat and tidy inventory and stock keeping

  • Ensure clean and sanitary environment.

  • Funeral Operation Assistance

  • Assist Funeral Directors with ongoing funerals to ensure a smooth Final Journey for the Deceased, from pre to post Funeral arrangements.

  • Assist bereaved family with Funeral preparations
  • Transfer and preparation of Deceased for respective Funeral Arrangements
  • Pallbearer
  • Guide & Support bereaved families.

Other ad-hoc tasks where required.

Basic Requirements:

  1. Able to communicate in English & Mandarin. (Dialects are a bonus)
  2. Basic computer skills (Words, Excel etc...)
  3. Positive and Polite attitude
  4. Willing to take up Overtime & Shift work where needed.
  5. Drivers' licence class 3 is a bonus but not compulsory.
