About our Line of Business – Geo-Insights

ST Engineering Geo-Insights Pte Ltd is a satellite downstream services provider focused on satellite ground station operations, satellite imagery distribution and generating insights from geospatial data for maritime, agriculture and sustainability applications. You will be working with a team of professional engineers to challenge status quo, think different, thrive in ambiguity to meet mission objectives of our customers. You will work closely with other cross functional teams, Service Delivery Managers and Project Managers to deliver quality satellite ground software systems to our customers.

Be Part of Our Success

· Drive the design and architecture of geospatial web applications.

· Implement design, testing, verification, and validation of all software components.

· Implementation of cybersecurity measures for software applications

· Generate and maintain software development documentation.

· Plan and provide necessary software maintenance, training, and consultancy to users on the deployed software.

· Continuously develop new skills & techniques in software technologies to improve and reduce software development time and effort.

· Participate in the definition and development of future products.

· Collaborate with various stakeholders including customers, and engineering teams across organizations.

Qualities We Value

· Minimum degree in Computer Science/Engineering or related field.

· Fresh graduates are welcome to apply

· Proficient in developing applications, preferably with Python Flask/FastAPI, React/Web Component, Docker

· Experience with Postgres, Restful API design, AWS services and network architecture.

· Experience with core engineering infrastructure tools such as Bitbucket CI/CD pipelines, AWS Container Technologies.

· Familiar with agile software development lifecycles.

· Able to communicate in English and work in a fluid, innovative environment.
