The Opportunity

We are seeking a creative and client-centric Interior Designer to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys translating ideas into inspiring spaces while providing an exceptional client experience from concept to completion.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and support the development of design concepts, including 2D/3D space planning, materials selection, and visual presentations.

  • Work closely with clients to understand their needs, guide them through the design journey, and provide budget-conscious solutions.

  • Prepare and manage project documentation, including proposals, quotations, and contracts.

  • Collaborate with project managers, contractors, and suppliers to ensure timely and high-quality execution.

  • Keep clients updated throughout each project phase, ensuring transparency and trust.

  • Maintain up-to-date project tracking and records using CRM tools.

  • Participate in design reviews, team discussions, and industry learning opportunities.

What We're Looking For

  • Diploma/Degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or related fields.

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in interior design (residential or commercial).

  • Proficient in design and presentation software: SketchUp, AutoCAD, Adobe Illustrator/Photoshop, MS Office, and PowerPoint.

  • Knowledge of Enscape or Blender is a bonus.

  • Bilingual in English and Mandarin is an advantage (to liaise with clients and contractors).

  • Strong communication skills, a good eye for design detail, and a client-focused mindset.

  • Positive attitude, self-motivated, and passionate about continuous learning and innovation.
