About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead initiatives involving Microsoft Power Platform, Power BI, SharePoint and automation solutions. The ideal candidate will act as the bridge between business users and technical teams, ensuring that projects are delivered on time within scope and aligned with business requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage end-to-end projects involving Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI) and SharePoint solutions.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather, understand and document requirements.
  • Translate business needs into actionable project plans and technical solutions.
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams to deliver automated workflows and reporting dashboards.
  • Monitor project progress, manage risks and proactively resolve issues to ensure successful delivery.
  • Conduct regular meetings and workshops with users to validate requirements and provide project updates.
  • Ensure documentation, knowledge transfer and training materials are prepared for end-users.
  • Maintain adherence to IT governance, security and compliance standards.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business or a related field.
  • Proven experience in project management with hands-on exposure to Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI) and SharePoint.
  • Strong understanding of workflow automation, dashboards and reporting solutions.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills; able to interact effectively with both technical teams and business users.
  • Solid experience in managing multiple projects simultaneously with strong organizational and planning skills.
  • Familiarity with Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
  • Ability to identify improvement opportunities and propose innovative solutions.

Preferred:

  • PMP, PRINCE2 or Agile certification.
  • Experience in Office 365 administration and integration.
  • Knowledge of data modeling, SQL or ETL processes.
