This role requires a strategic finance professional who can partner with business leaders to drive financial performance and support key business initiatives across the region.Key ResponsibilitiesPlanning and StrategyDevelop comprehensive understanding of the PDS business model and operational dynamics across SEA marketsCollaborate with Regional Finance team to design and implement a Finance-wide performance management frameworkCreate and maintain KPI dashboards for PDS Executives and Business Leaders, ensuring consistent metrics and targets across the regionConduct strategic financial analysis to support business planning and decision-makingEvaluate investment opportunities, including reorganization initiatives and M&A activities, ensuring alignment with JLL's financial objectives and strategic goalsBusiness PartneringServe as trusted advisor to CFO, Finance team, and business partners by providing actionable business insights and strategic recommendationsSupport achievement of business KPIs through proactive financial guidance and performance monitoringActively participate in global FP&A projects with enhanced focus on country and client profitability analysisLead ad-hoc projects related to PDS operations, including compensation modeling, benefits analysis, and incentive structure optimizationBudget and ForecastingPartner with PDS regional business leaders to prepare comprehensive business forecasts and financial projectionsEnsure seamless coordination with regional and global FP&A teams while maintaining consistency across reporting requirementsManage and respond to ad-hoc FP&A requests and executive queries in a timely mannerSupport budgeting and planning processes for PDS transformation initiatives and strategic projectsFinancial Analysis and ReportingOwn monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting responsibilities at PDS SEA levelDeliver insightful management reports with clear business implications and recommendationsMaintain and analyze internal financial trends and external market dynamics, including competitive landscape analysisCollaborate closely with Pricing and Sales teams to provide financial support and guidanceProactively identify and resolve daily financial and operational challengesFunctional Decision SupportProvide strategic financial oversight and support to PDS functional leaders across HR, IT, Legal, Finance, and Sales & MarketingSupport cross-functional teams in budgeting, forecasting, and strategic planning initiativesEnsure financial considerations are integrated into operational decision-making processesRequired QualificationsBachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field8-10 years of experience in financial planning & analysis, business partnering, or related finance rolesStrong analytical and financial modeling skills with proficiency in Excel and financial systemsExperience in real estate, property management, or professional services preferredExcellent communication and stakeholder management skillsAbility to work effectively across multiple countries and cultures within SEA regionStrong business acumen with ability to translate financial data into actionable insightsWhat We OfferAt JLL, we are committed to your professional growth and success.
