**JOB TITLE**: Finance Director SEA
About Coty
**Mission**: Owns and co-pilots South East Asia Market to enable Growth and development of strategic objectives such as skincare category development. Close business partnering to the MD SEA. Provides Financial leadership in ensuring growth and strong profitability. Accountable on SOX compliance, and local tax & Gaap. Masters continuous improvement mindset and skillset. Drive a strong team.
**Main Responsibilities**: Global SEA Finance Leadership
Leads Financial planning process for combined SEA Business Optimize the P&L Drives different growth and transformation agenda in the 2 divisions and multiple countries Accompany on improving Fixed Costs and Capex utilization Identifies opportunities to optimize current model and sources of future growth Ensures consistency and strategy alignment with Central Guidance
Manage SOX compliance in the Business Unit
Knowledge and Experience Sound business judgment and strong business acumen. Successfully applied valuation skills and deep understanding of returns’ drivers. Blend of finesse in aligning multiple stakeholders. Experience in managing all financial aspects of different business models (subsidiary/ affiliate, distributor, and wholesale business) Skilled in change and stakeholder management Astute in project execution as evidenced by implementation results Demonstrated experience in dealing with multiple challenges at the same time Track record in developing and coaching talent in their organization Fluent English, other languages a plus Corporate experience
Professional and Personal Competencies Ability to understand big picture/concept and detail Excellent in Financial management Superb communication and interpersonal skills Demonstrated Strategist as an operator mindset Proficient in Organization design and team development Big data Analytics Capacity to energize teams to go beyond boundaries Degree in Finance or any other related science.
