We're looking for a Business Development Executive / Client Manager to help us expand in Singapore and manage key customer relationships.
Job Description
Responsibilities
- Develop new SME clients and build long-term business relationships.
- Understand customer needs and propose suitable software solutions.
- Manage client onboarding and support ongoing renewals.
- Participate in government-supported projects and assist clients through the process.
Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in B2B sales, account management, or related field.
- Confident, self-driven, and comfortable engaging with small business owners.
- Familiarity with digital transformation or government grant programs is an advantage.
- Able to work independently with a strong sense of ownership.
