Singapore Cultivar Asia Pte Ltd (EA License 19C9782) Full time $90,000 - $120,000 per year

Our client is looking for a Curriculum Principal (Preschool) to lead and support the full spectrum of curriculum planning, development, and implementation across preschool centres, ensuring quality teaching and learning aligned with early childhood education standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the design, review, and enhancement of preschool curriculum across all centres
  • Ensure curriculum alignment with national early childhood frameworks and standards (e.g. ECDA)
  • Guide teachers in delivering developmentally appropriate, inquiry-based learning experiences
  • Conduct lesson observations and provide feedback to improve teaching quality
  • Plan and deliver training, workshops, and coaching for teaching staff
  • Monitor and evaluate learning outcomes, using data to refine teaching approaches
  • Ensure curriculum-related documentation meets audit and licensing requirements
  • Collaborate with Centre Leaders to implement and support curriculum strategies
  • Engage with parents and stakeholders to communicate curriculum vision and goals
  • Stay updated with emerging trends in early childhood education and integrate relevant innovations

Requirements:

  • Bachelors degree in Early Childhood Education or related field
  • 3 to 5 years of experience in early childhood education, including teaching and curriculum development
  • Strong understanding of ECDA frameworks for preschool education in Singapore
  • Proven experience mentoring or training teachers
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Strong leadership and organizational abilities
  • Passion for early childhood development and progressive teaching methods
  • Familiarity with approaches such as Reggio Emilia, Montessori, or IB PYP is an advantage
