Our client is looking for a Curriculum Principal (Preschool) to lead and support the full spectrum of curriculum planning, development, and implementation across preschool centres, ensuring quality teaching and learning aligned with early childhood education standards. Key Responsibilities: Lead the design, review, and enhancement of preschool curriculum across all centresEnsure curriculum alignment with national early childhood frameworks and standards (e.g. ECDA)Guide teachers in delivering developmentally appropriate, inquiry-based learning experiencesConduct lesson observations and provide feedback to improve teaching qualityPlan and deliver training, workshops, and coaching for teaching staffMonitor and evaluate learning outcomes, using data to refine teaching approachesEnsure curriculum-related documentation meets audit and licensing requirementsCollaborate with Centre Leaders to implement and support curriculum strategiesEngage with parents and stakeholders to communicate curriculum vision and goalsStay updated with emerging trends in early childhood education and integrate relevant innovations Requirements: Bachelors degree in Early Childhood Education or related field3 to 5 years of experience in early childhood education, including teaching and curriculum developmentStrong understanding of ECDA frameworks for preschool education in SingaporeProven experience mentoring or training teachersExcellent communication and presentation skillsStrong leadership and organizational abilitiesPassion for early childhood development and progressive teaching methodsFamiliarity with approaches such as Reggio Emilia, Montessori, or IB PYP is an advantageFemale candidates and those with early-to-mid level leadership experience are encouraged to apply (as part of team balance goals) Interested candidates are invited to send in your Resume in MS Word Format stating your past work experience, reasons for each job move, and your past and expected salary.
