Senior Service Engineer

Our client is a global leader in flow control solutions, supplying valves, actuators, and automation systems to industries including oil & gas, chemical, power, and water treatment.
They are seeking a Senior Service Engineer to join their regional service team and deliver expert technical support to customers.
About the Role
- Lead and support installation & commissioning of valves, actuators, and control systems.
- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on-site to ensure smooth operations.
- Troubleshoot issues, conduct site audits, and prepare professional service reports.
- Train customer teams on maintenance and repair best practices.
- Collaborate with internal teams and distributors to identify sales opportunities and provide technical input for proposals.
- Uphold Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) compliance and ISO quality standards.
About You
- Diploma or degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
- 5+ years' hands-on experience in valves, actuators, and flow control systems.
- Familiarity with process industries such as oil & gas, power, or water treatment.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently on complex service tasks.
- Good communication and customer-facing skills; able to provide technical guidance.
- Willingness to travel regionally as required.
