Senior / Enrolled Nurse (Inpatient)

Reporting to the Nurse Manager / Nurse Clinician, you will be responsible for ensuring seamless, coordinated patient-centric care according to patients' needs and conditions.
Responsibilities
- Assist in nursing care such as administration of oral medications and wound dressing under the supervision of a Staff Nurse as required.
- Follow up to ensure continuity of patient care and treatment plans.
- Assist in the care of patients, provide direct patient care, and evaluate patients' conditions under the supervision of a Staff Nurse as required.
- Communicate and build rapport with patients and their families.
- Maintain proper documentation of the patient's condition and accurate collation of data under the supervision of a Staff Nurse as required.
- Maintain a high level of confidentiality and discretion in matters related to patient care.
Requirements
- Registered with the Singapore Nursing Board
- Preferably with a minimum of 2 years of post-registration experience in a healthcare setting
- Able to perform shift duties
- Meticulous and accurate
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Willing to contribute as an effective team player
- Able to perform under pressure
