Job Descriptions:

  • Lead and Assist the facility manager in the daily operations

  • Supervise, plan & organize a team of on-site contractors in carrying out planned and ad-hoc maintenance and their work routines
  • Ensure efficient and effective maintenance of facilities system through routine checks and PM strategies
  • Handle operation and maintenance of various mechanical and electrical systems & services
  • Effective management of energy, gas, chemical and water system.
  • To reduce operational costs and prepare yearly expense and CAPEX budgets.
  • Gas delivery system including Toxics, flammable and corrosive gas system for the Fab.
  • To coach and mentor, the junior in Life Safety System and Gas delivery system.
  • Establish and implement operational procedures, and ensure compliance with FSC requirements and procedures, and EHS & Safety policies.
  • Supervise the incident investigation process and ensure corrective actions are completed.
  • Follow up on new tool positioning, installation, hook-up of all facilities requirements and handover to module side with complete facilities services are ready to operate.
  • Work with team and follow Manager instructions to achieve department KPI.
  • Perform daily checks on facilities systems and supply to ensure that the systems are online and alert if any noticeable supply interruptions.
  • Prepare Tool Utility Matrix and keep record of Gas systems supplies to all equipment.

Requirements:

  • BEng/MEng/MSc (Electrical, Electronics, Mechanical, Materials) or Diploma in EE/ME
  • Minimum 5 years working experience in the field of Facilities & EHS
  • Strong knowledge and experience in handling facilities systems in a Semiconductor Wafer Fab. Knowledge of the following Standards: ISO14001, QS9000, OSHAS Hands-on experience with plant start-up & Facilities System development preferred.
  • Hands-on experience with plant start-up & managing facility System preferred
