Logistic Coordinator | MNC Medical Devices Manufacturer

$3300 - $3500 + Fixed Allowance $350 + AWS + Min 2 months Variable Bonus

5 Days - 9: 00am – 6:00 pm or 9:30 - 6:30pm ( Flexi reporting time )

Central - Bukit Merah

Job Responsibilities

  • Prepare purchase orders, delivery orders, sales invoices, and related documents
  • Handle import/export documentation and coordinate shipments with HQ Japan, distributors, and freight forwarders
  • Manage logistics arrangements and ensure timely delivery
  • Maintain accurate sales records and reports
  • Support meetings, events, and exhibitions when required
  • Assist in improving processes for better efficiency and customer satisfaction

Requirements

  • Diploma or Degree in Logistics, Operations, or Business Administration
  • Min 1- 3 years of Logistic/ Healthcare relevant working experience
  • Knowledge of freight forwarding and import/export procedures
  • Good communication and teamwork skills
