Job Responsibility:

1. Sales & Customer Service (including after-sales service)

  • Provide excellent product knowledge and customer service; effective selling of both the products and the brand
  • Achieve sales targets as assigned
  • Liasing with factory on customer's order.
  • Closely follow up with customers on after sales service issues

2. Operations / Maintenance

  • Implement proper visual merchandising both in the window and booth displays.

3. CRM

  • Create records of customers/ prospects for future references
  • Maintaining good relationships with existing and prospective customers
  • Actively carry out competitor analysis and be updated about latest market trends
  • Candidate must possess at least Higher secondary/Pre-U/A level/College, Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in any field.

  • Required language(s): Chinese, English (in order to maintain good relationships with existing and prospective Chinese speaking customers.)

  • Preferably Junior Executive specialized in Sales - Retail/General or equivalent.
