Your Contribution

  • Direct Intervention – Deliver trauma-informed counselling, risk assessments, and case management for high-needs individuals and families
  • Community Development – Design and lead programmes tackling service gaps (e.g., family violence, poverty cycles)
  • Policy & Advocacy – Influence reforms through research insights, policy recommendations, and cross-sector engagement
  • Leadership & Mentorship – Guide junior colleagues and strengthen inter-agency collaboration to achieve better outcomes

Who We're Looking For

  • Qualifications – Bachelor's / Graduate Diploma in Social Work (eligible for professional registration)
  • Experience – Open to fresh graduates and experienced practitioners
  • Core Skills:

    Trauma-informed and strengths-based practice

    Strong stakeholder engagement (government, NGOs, grassroots)

    Culturally attuned, adaptable with digital case management tools

    Upholds professional ethics with courage in advocacy
