The company provides their one-stop freight solutions from cargo logistics, customs clearance, to warehousing.
**Responsibilities**:
- Handle all administrative and HR operations task assigned
- Application, renew and cancellation of work passes.
- Prepare time sheet, review, and verify workers' time sheet.
- Process payroll.
- Maintain of employee data including create Personal files.
- Submission of IR8A/IR21.
- Assist on boarding managers to enhance effectiveness of orientation, induction and assimilation programs. Ad-hoc duties the assigned by the supervisor.
**Requirements**:
- Minimum a Diploma/Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource, Admin, Business or any equivalent discipline.
- Minimum 2-3 years of related working experience.
- Knowledgeable in Microsoft (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). Independent, good communication, good organisational skills, and with multi-tasking abilities.
