Job Overview:

We are looking for driven, people-focused individuals to join our team as Financial Adviser Representatives – Wealth Managers. This role offers the opportunity to develop and manage client portfolios by providing holistic financial advice, investment solutions, and wealth-building strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide personalized financial advice and solutions in areas including insurance, investment, retirement, and education planning.
  • Maintain and develop long-term client relationships through regular reviews and exceptional service.
  • Acquire and manage a portfolio of clients, including high-net-worth and mass affluent individuals.
  • Identify clients' financial goals and recommend appropriate wealth and risk management strategies.
  • Keep abreast of development in financial markets, product offerings, and regulatory changes.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders and strategic partners to ensure effective delivery of holistic financial solutions.
  • Participate in mandatory training, professional development programs, and licensing examinations as required under regulatory frameworks (for candidates not yet certified).

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent qualification preferred.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal and analytical skills.
  • Proactive and self-driven, with a strong focus on results.
  • Able to work independently and within a team.
  • Prior experience in sales, banking, finance, or insurance is a plus.
  • Candidates with relevant certifications (e.g., CMFAS modules) will have an added advantage.

Candidates without prior experience are welcome; training and support will be provided.
