Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute a comprehensive data science strategy to drive business outcomes
- Lead a team of data scientists and machine learning engineers to design, develop, and deploy models and algorithms
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business problems and develop data-driven solutions
- Develop and maintain large-scale data pipelines and architectures
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies in data science and machine learning
- Communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
- Develop and manage budgets, resource allocation, and performance metrics for the data science team
- Foster a culture of innovation, experimentation, and continuous learning within the team
- Master's or Ph.D. degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or related field
- 8+ years of experience in data science and machine learning, with 3+ years in a leadership role
- Proven track record of developing and deploying successful data-driven solutions
- Strong expertise in machine learning algorithms, deep learning, and programming languages such as Python.
- Experience with big data technologies, including Hadoop, Spark, and NoSQL databases
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Strong business acumen and ability to drive business outcomes
