Job Title: Business Development Executive  Location: Singapore Job Type: Full-time, Permanent About the Opportunity Our client is a multi-award-winning Influencer Marketing Agency known for combining creative storytelling with proprietary data technology. With access to over 14 million creators globally, they effectively "matchmake" brands with the perfect influencers to drive results. They are looking for a Business Development Executive to join their partnerships team. This is a role for a "hunter" with a service mindset—you will be responsible for building new client pipelines, supporting pitch activations, and ensuring clients remain happy enough to keep coming back. Key Responsibilities 1. Pipeline Development (The Hunter) Market Mapping: Research and identify potential clients across key sectors like FMCG, F&B, Tech, Beauty, and Travel.Prospecting: Be the detective who identifies key decision-makers and maps out company structures.Outreach: Manage active outbound prospecting through LinkedIn, cold emails, and referrals.CRM Hygiene: act as the gatekeeper of the CRM, ensuring all lead information and progress updates are accurate and up-to-date.Support: Assist Associate Directors with the initial "heavy lifting" of early outreach and setting up the sales conversation. 2. Sales Activation Support (The Pitcher) Proposal Creation: Work side-by-side with the partnerships team to co-develop compelling proposals and pitch decks.Strategic Matching: Coordinate with the strategy and influencer sourcing teams to ensure the "talent" matches the client's brief perfectly.Preparation: Prepare the nitty-gritty details for presentations, including campaign timelines and curated influencer lists.Engagement: Join partnership calls, capture key notes, and ensure that "next steps" are actually executed effectively. 3. Client Servicing & Operations (The Glue) Internal Liaison: Act as the bridge between the client and the internal campaign operations team to ensure deliverables stay on track.Relationship Management: Maintain ongoing touchpoints with clients, managing minor changes and monitoring their satisfaction levels throughout the campaign.Success Stories: Collect post-campaign results and help craft case studies to showcase success. 4. Process & Reporting Provide weekly updates on your sales pipeline (leads opened, in progress, closed).Monitor your own performance metrics through CRM dashboards. Requirements Social Media Savvy: You must have a strong, intuitive understanding of social platforms and current trends (you know your TikToks from your Reels).Experience: A minimum of 2 years of client-facing experience.Sales Background: Experience as a Sales Development Representative (SDR) or in a similar "hunting" sales role is highly preferred.Industry: A background in the media, agency, or software/tech industry is a strong plus.Skills: Strong communication skills, high attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced agency environment.
