DepartmentOperations- LevelExperienced (Individual Contributor)- LocationSingaporeThe Operation teams at Shopee covers the operational end-to-end process, from when the buyer searches for a product listed on the Shopee platform, to the moment the buyer receives the products. The team analyses and monitors operational KPIs across the region and conducts root cause analysis when operation performance fluctuates. - Assist in forecasting and financial planning and reviews
- Monitor and create metrics to support the planning of company and progress
- Work closely with cross-functional teams
- Influence and assist senior management team to make strategic decisions
- Conduct feasibility studies for new initiatives

**Requirements**:

- A recognized degree and strong academic record
- Accounting or Financial background is advantageous
- At least 2 years of experience in accounting firms/FP&A
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Strong stakeholder management skills and experienced working in a cross-functional environment
- Financial modelling skills would be advantageous
- Strong analytical skills to provide key insights into revenue trends and managing operating expense budgets
- Enthusiasm for e-commerce
