**Roles and Responsibilities**:
Provides technical consultation on various aspects of the product and solutions based on the customer’s business requirements.

Create, run and present a measurable BRD/FSD (Blueprint) that aligns a customer’s technical business needs to that of the Salesforce Solutions

Responsible for designing/architecting the solution and development part with the help of development for large-scale customers;
Validates solution components and provide solution walkthrough with the customer; Identify technical issues/risks and present alternatives to alleviate or resolve

Guide and support team across multiple client engagements by providing technical thought leadership and guide the team on standard methodologies for design & development.

Drive innovation within the practice/team by creating/identifying re-usable components, tools, and accelerators & as well as work on increasing adoptions of these accelerators during delivery

Skills /Competencies:
Essential Skills and Tools:
IRA, Confluence, Share-point, Bitbucket, Gitlab/Github, Toad, Putty

Process analysis, design, testing, implementation, and support.

Tertiary Qualification in IT / Computer Science / related discipline.

Preferred skills
- Minimum 10 years of Salesforce experience with hands-on experience with the last 4-5+ years as a Technical Lead
- Minimum 6+ years of Hands-on Lightning, LWC, Apex, Visualforce, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS development experience
- Minimum 2+ years of experience working on Salesforce. Velocity and Salesforce CPQ knowledge would be an added advantage
- Minimum 3+ years of experience working in Large Salesforce Transformation Projects
- Strong understanding of Salesforce Declarative Programming and Administration (develop code, custom objects, Triggers, Visual Force pages, Apex, reports, workflows, and assignment rules).
- Develop customized solutions within the Salesforce platform to support critical business functions and meet project objectives and client goals.
- Communicate with project managers, product managers, and other developers to design cohesive project strategies and ensure effective collaboration throughout all phases of development, testing, and deployment.
