Roles & Responsibilities:
You Are Good At:
Calculate group costing, source information and draft quotation

Prepare billing, EO, voucher and travel documents

Assist in group operations work, handling enquiries, do follow up with customer and supplier

Closing sales, for Personal or Incentive Group Tours

Assist to draft tour quotation for special interest group, for example, sports, music concert, special event, etc.

Group tour leading to overseas as and when needed

Office Working Hours:
Weekdays : from 11.00am to 8:00pm

Weekends : from 11.00am to 8:00pm

(Note: Rest one day on a weekday.

Salary & Incentive:
Entry Salary : S$ 1,800

Confirmation Salary : Between S$ 1,800 to S$ 2,500

**Requirements**:
Passionate in serving customer, positive mindset and customer focus

Preferably with relevant experience, but not compulsory

Knowledge in GDS Amadeus and Athena System is preferred, but not compulsory

Preferably able to converse in Mandarin and other dialects, but not compulsory
