**Purpose Statement**

The IT Supply Chain Lead works closely with global, regional and local teams in a fast-changing technology landscape to deliver quality innovative solutions to the region in the area of Supply Chain and Operations.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Identifies opportunities to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the systems and process being examined (process improvement/reengineering projects).
- Administers the project time, budgeting and reporting and coordination of team schedules.
- Participates in special projects as they arise, including compliance reviews, financial audits, and due diligence reviews.
- Partners with Subject matter experts, Product Owners and Program Management Office
- Strives to harmonise processes and systems where applicable
- Looks out for future proofing solutions
- Single point of contact for the Supply Chain business and IT vendors on projects
- Should be able to navigate large matrix teams
- Knowledge in Supply Chain and Operations processes is a must have
- Works with and drives vendors to deliver key project milestones
- Participates in the QA, code reviews and cyber security audits of systems to be delivered
- This role reports to APAC IT Senior Director, works directly with product teams delivering solutions to the Supply Chain/Operations function and is a member of the regional IT team
- This role is the primary IT business partner to the Regional Supply Chain leader and represents IT in regional function meetings

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in computer science/information technology or equivalent
- 5+ years of experience with leading exploratory business requirements, solution validation, and design workshops related to supply chain/operations.
- Experience working with supply chain solutions, including inventory and order management
- Experience in process mapping, translating business requirements into solutions
- Excellent stakeholder management skills with proven ability in managing internal and external customers
- Highly self-motivated, driven work ethic, keen attention to detail, and exceptional customer service orientation.
- Strong communication skills including the ability to communicate technical information understandably to non-technical audiences through writing and presentations.
- Proven ability to perform system analysis and solution road map aligned to the global/regional technology roadmap.
