**Job Summary**
The primary role of the Analyst Supply Chain is to support the factory in terms of the PLAN, MAKE & DELIVER function. The Analyst is to serve as the relationship and communication focal point for Supply Chain topics with both the fab & GlobalFoundries.
- Responsible for activities related to controlling, scheduling, and managing the flow of production from acquisition of raw materials to distribution of finished product.
- Creates integrated processes among internal functions (e.g., operations, purchasing and logistics)
- Conducts and/or oversees strategic supply chain analysis
- Identifies and recommends opportunities for improving efficiency, effectiveness and capabilities of the supply chain
- Develops and implements supply chain designs, models, strategies and/or processes to improve the business
- Perform all activities in a safe and responsible manner and support all Environmental, Health, Safety & Security requirements and programs
- Works on other projects and/or assignments as needed
- Align customers demand and requirement, the analyst will interface between Sales Team and factory in achieving customer satisfaction on supply chain support and contribute to the organization KPI in meeting company business goals.
- (KPI: revenue goal, OTD, OA, CRD performance, shipment & billing, PO coverage, PX depletion, early warning, excess and aged wip inventory, etc)

**Supply Chain Management**
- Demand & Supply Synchronization: Focusing on the customer’s forecast horizon, ensure that customer demand mix, scope and prioritization are fully comprehended, and supply response is appropriate.
- Manage cross regions MRP loading plan to enable roll up to enterprise revenue forecast
- Provide early warning on delivery and facilitate recovery planning actions & execution.
- Proactively liaise with Sales Ops on demand allocations to drive maximum utilization of manufacturing capacity.
- Able to understand and assess planning process, excel in solving problems & issues. Take ownership, lead projects and work with functional teams:

- Handle critical / ramping devices requirement and drive both the internal teams and customer to meet these requirements in maximizing company revenue
- Manage one-stop shop Supply Chain from pre-tapeout to post shipment activities.
- Drive 100% PO fulfillment with 100% on time delivery (OTD).
- Drive prototypes & skew lots success on logistics and ensure on time delivery
- Manage wip inventory level, aging, excess and obsolesces.

**Customer/Relationship Management**
- Regularly networks globally within own function and across other functions.
- Manage customer account and relationship.
- Ensure customer needs and satisfactions are achieved to the best interest of the customers and the company.
- Co-ordinate and work with various internal partners on various functional activities, managing of customer account through utilizing available system tools, eg. MES, ERP reports to perform forecast, backlog & Supply analysis
- Serve as your customers’ advocate for their supply chain matters.

**Reporting**
- To produce and deliver the supply chain weekly & monthly report for management review.
- Breaks down information for internal and external counterparts in a systematic and communicable manner.
- Presents information and decision drafts to the functional management.
- Drives interaction with internal and/or external customers
- Ensure on time report generations and publication of customers report.
- Be the source of supply chain metrics including: OTD, cycle time, fulfillment status and Supply status. Maintain a cadence of proactive customer metric reporting and reviews.

**Required Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Business, Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering or Operations.
- Three or more years’ experience of broad-based experience in semiconductor industry with relevant job experience in Supply Chain / Customer Service / Production & Manufacturing.
- Wafer foundry experience is a plus.
- Applies appropriate language skills based on the job environment covering.
- Business language needs (English) - written & verbal

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Intermediate to advanced proficiency in MS PowerPoint and Excel. Knowledge of Visual Basic will be an added advantage.
- Excellent mathematical and analytical skills
- Proven knowledge of inventory management
- Working knowledge of data analysis and forecasting tools and ability to develop actionable insights from data.
- Have prior knowledge of MRP/Supply Planning Tools such as Oracle/SAP/Kinaxis and use of Power BI reporting will be an advantage.
- Strong interpersonal, analytical, presentation and technical skills
- Good communication skill, ability to interact with all levels in the organization and build trusting relationships
- Attention to detail
- Project management skills are a plus
