We’re currently looking for a Senior Executive - Advertising and Promotional (A&P) / Festival to join our dynamic team of experienced specialists, to further establish Singapore EXPO as the venue of choice for Event Organisers to partner with. You will be responsible for overall A&P sales, working closely with our strategic partner to execute festivals to promote Singapore Expo, as well as securing sponsorship for our festivals.

**In this role you will**
- Conceptualize, plan, and implement venue A&P activities
- Handle requests and enquiries on the usage on A&P spaces
- Leasing of advertising and atrium space
- Build A&P sales pipeline and budget
- Negotiate sponsorship sales
- Liaise with advertising agencies, media, and event companies for activities, concept, and source actively for strategic business alliances to execute joint festival / campaign
- Liaison with contractors, advertising agencies, design house, printer, authorities, and other relevant parties for festivals / A&P activities
- Prepare post event analysis for festivals and campaign
- Out of scope duties assigned depending on project demand

**To help you succeed in this role, you should have**
- At least 3 years of working experience in events/festival or other similar roles
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Strong project management skills and ability to manage deadlines
- An ability to work under pressure
