**The Role - Quality Executive**

As a member of the Quality team, you will play a pivotal role in contributing to the development of impactful products. You will interact with multiple stakeholders including the R&D team, external vendors and manufacturers to steer growth and push the frontiers of quality control measures. We are seeking talented individuals with passion, resilience and ability to think out of the box to deliver cutting-edge solutions.

**Responsibilities**
- Formalising and documenting quality-related operations to ensure consistency and compliance with relevant standards
- Define product/ part requirements which include product/ part functional and cosmetic specifications, dimensions that are critical to quality, and compliance to the relevant standards
- Investigate and address any quality or non-conformity issues pertaining to suppliers
- Review and evaluate product/ part limit samples
- Conduct supplier audit to ensure compliance with specifications
- Periodic update and analysis of quality KPI's such as product return rate and customer complaints
- Facilitate and execute product return operations by working closely with different stakeholders such as customer service, commercial team, international distributors, and manufacturing counterpart to ensure seamless flow of returned products
- Present Bi-weekly quality updates to customer service & other stakeholders
- Provide technical support to customer service and commercial team in verifying customer returns
- Ensure alignment around compliance requirements and drive customer complaint closures to ensure customer satisfaction
- Influence and work closely with manufacturing counterpart in implementing effective quality control and continuous improvement processes
- Ensure equipment are properly maintained and calibrated

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent
- At least 1 year of relevant experience in quality management, process control, and working with suppliers/manufacturers, preferably in a consumer goods company
- Demonstrate commitment to high levels of quality and customer satisfaction
- Proficiency in English is required, fluency in Mandarin is a plus (to liaise with Mandarin-speaking production teams)
- Detailed-oriented, responsible and versatile in dynamic environment
- Knowledge in ISO13485 will be advantageous
- Fresh graduates are welcomed to apply
