**Job Description**:
These are the day-to-day activities or specific jobs the IT trainee would handle.

1. Technical Support and Troubleshooting

Diagnosing and resolving hardware and software issues.

Assisting users with technical problems.

Escalating unresolved technical problems to higher-level IT staff.

2. System Maintenance

Conducting routine maintenance and updates for IT systems.

Monitoring system performance.

Assisting in backup and disaster recovery tasks

3. Software Installation and Configuration

Installing and configuring operating systems and software.

Ensuring compliance with software licensing.

4. Network Support

Assisting in network setup, maintenance, and monitoring.

Troubleshooting network connectivity issues.

5. Data Management

Entering and managing data in databases.

Supporting data migration projects.

Assisting in data backup and generating reports.

6. Cybersecurity Support

Assisting with security implementations (firewalls, VPNs, etc.).

Identifying and mitigating security vulnerabilities.

7. Hardware Support

Setting up and maintaining hardware such as desktops, laptops, and servers. Tracking and managing hardware inventory.

Need to have:
1)Technical Knowledge:

- Basic understanding of hardware and software troubleshooting.
- Familiarity with operating systems (Windows, macOS, Linux).
- Basic knowledge of network setup and troubleshooting (LAN, WAN, VPN).
- Understanding of cybersecurity fundamentals (firewalls, antivirus, encryption).

2) Software Proficiency:

- Knowledge of python, C++, C coding
- Familiarity with database management and data entry (e.g., SQL).
- Experience with system administration tools is a plus.

3) Problem-Solving Skills:

- Ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues efficiently.

4) Communication Skills:

- Good verbal and written communication skills to assist users and document procedures.

5) Teamwork:

- Ability to work collaboratively within the IT team and with other departments.

6) Adaptability:

- Willingness to learn new technologies and processes quickly.

7) Time Management:

- Ability to manage time effectively and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.

8) Attention to Detail:
