StriveX is partnering with a regional Bank who is looking for a Credit Risk Analyst to join their Risk department. Reporting to the Head of Risk, you will be responsible for liaising with both front-office and back-office departments in the processing of credit and trade transactions. The role entails evaluating corporate credit risk, setting up credit and trade transaction limits in the banking system, and ensuring compliance with credit terms and conditions.

Role and Responsibilities
- Liaise with branch's front-office and back-office departments in processing credit and trade transactions.
- Set up credit and trade transactions' limits in the banking system and make necessary limit adjustments.
- Evaluate corporate credit risk relating to credit terms and conditions prior to drawdown of facilities, ensuring full compliance and adherence before sign-off.
- Monitor credit terms and conditions, repayment capability, account conduct, securities, and guarantees.
- Monitor related risks and propose timely risk solutions in accordance with the Credit Risk Management framework and other related risk requirements.
- Complete all risk management reports in a timely manner, including but not limited to Credit Asset Risk Limit Report, RWA, Commitment and Unused Limit Report, and Branch's Asset Analysis Report.
- Implement designated risk-related policies and instructions from the branch and Head Office.
- Handle other ad-hoc assignments assigned by the department manager.

Key Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Banking/Finance or equivalent.
- Minimum of 3 years of credit risk management experience.
- Good knowledge of finance, commercial laws, industries, political, and economic environments in the global financial markets.
- Familiarity with credit documentation processes and procedures.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
