As a **Credit Risk Analyst **you'd be able to work on and solve many interesting challenges which we are facing, learn new ways of working, and help build delightful high-quality products for our customers.

To design and build Credit risk management solutions and strategies for entire customer lifecycle, i.e., Originations, Portfolio Management and Collections, for Retail Assets, leveraging data and analytics outcomes.

**The Role Responsibility**:

- Generate credit metrics using the source data in S3 regularly and monitor the trend for credit observations.
- Drive the automation of Credit MI/Regulatory Returns from end-to-end, incl. defining business requirement, managing automation projects, performing testing and validation in UAT and PROD.
- Work independently with various stakeholders such as Product, Technology, Data Engineering, etc. to help the Bank build automated internal MI platform.
- Analyse diverse data required to develop risk strategies for the Digital Venture
- Undertake credit and fraud risk strategy design and development on lending propositions, with focus on high quality, delivery within agreed timelines and alignment with approved credit policy
- Ensure that risk strategies are accurately tested and implemented using analytical tools
- Lead the effort on documentation and adhering to risk approval process related to risk strategy design and development

- 5 years of relevant experience in retail banking
- Proficient in data manipulation
- Experience in credit analysis and customer segmentation.
- Reasonable understanding of local regulation related to unsecured lending.
- Strong analytical ability, with technical competency to deliver industry standard outputs
- Sound knowledge of Credit Risk is desired with ability to perform related data analysis
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to engage and influence multiple stakeholder
- Strong Communication (written and oral) and presentation skills.
- Self-starter, motivated with passion to develop together with a fast-growing organization.
