**Chief Staff (HR Improvement)**:
**Location: Singapore**
- Responsible for relaying information between executive team members and other staff members
- Researches and recommends new and revised policies and strategies.
- Creates and maintains systems and processes to streamline operations.
- Establishes standards and procedures for hiring and managing the office staff
- Maintains accurate confidential files and data records.
- Provide data analysis and metrics of the company’s productivity to the executive team, then suggest strategic initiatives to improve workflow, teamwork, and budget management.
- Responsible for determining performance indicators for the company, then delivering those metrics to board members.
- Recruitment, On Job Boarding, and Induction process
- Decision-making power to identify employee issues and provide workable solutions, then communicate only the pertinent details to the executive team and board member
- Acts as the liaison between the CEO/President and other executives, clients, and stakeholders to ensure consistent communication and ensuring involvement or decision-making at the proper time.

**Skills**:

- Master’s degree in business administration, finance, or a similar field
- 5+ years in a business or executive management role or HR
- Track record of organizing and directing multiple teams and departments
- Highly experienced with Excel or Google Sheets for reporting and analytics

**Salary**: $12,000.00 - $15,000.00 per month
